Shipping & Rates

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We will keep you informed by sending you an email acknowledging the order, and informing you of the tracking details after it is shipped. Shipping times can vary based on delivery location and method. Average delivery time is between 2-5 business days.

Fedex ground Shipping is free for orders over $45.00. For orders under $45.00, the shipping is $5.00.

At this time, we ship only within the United States.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  Your credit card will not be billed until your order has been shipped.

Cancellations

If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to accommodate your request for cancellation. If for any reason, we are unable to cancel your order, you may return the product by following our instructions under our Return Policy.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax for all orders that are being shipped to locations within California and Mississippi.

Loss or Damage in Shipment

You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Coupons &Codes

Promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per order or delivery address. They cannot be combined.

Return Policy & Procedures

30 Day Return Policy:

We are committed to delivering the best quality products and customer service.  We will be glad to accept the return of any product if it is returned in an unopened, undamaged condition with the original seal and packaging. 

Return merchandise must be received by us within14 days after an RMA Number was issued, and no later than 30 days from the receipt of shipment by the customer.

Please note that a Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required for all returns. No return merchandise will be accepted without an RMA Number.

To make a return, simply email customercare@dermpoint.com, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and shipping instructions.

You are responsible for return shipment charges and for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. We therefore recommend shipping all returns by secure means with a tracking number.

No refunds can be issued where the merchandise was not purchased from us or if the UPC code has been removed, or for which a customer has submitted a mail-in rebate.

You will receive an email once your shipment is received at our facility. Credit or refund will be issued within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the merchandise following its inspection and approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All credits or refunds will be applied back to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
